What to Expect for your Initial Visit
You can expect the initial visit to be between 1.5 to 2 hours long. The session includes a detailed assessment of your health concerns, a brief physical exam (currently suspended due to covid) and a preliminary treatment plan. For all virtual visits, you will receive a link 30-60 minutes prior to your visit that will be sent to your email to join the video session.

How do Virtual Consults Work?
For all virtual visits, you will receive a link 30-60 minutes prior to your visit via your email with instructions on how to join video session using the telemedicine platform, Janeapp.
How to prepare for the first visit
We recommend all new patients to email their most recent medical test results including blood and urine test reports such as MRI, ultrasound or other records to [email protected]. Intake forms are available online inside your Janeapp account once you have scheduled your initial visit. These forms need to be completed prior to the initial visit.
How do I prepare for a NES Health Visit?
For all NES Health patients, you can schedule either a 90 or 120 minute Naturopathic visit for your first session. You will also need to register for a NES Health Portal account. You will be provided access to do a voice scan within your portal prior to the initial visit.
What are the fees?
All the fees are listed on our online booking page under each service.
Payment Options:
Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express using our online platform or E-transfer to [email protected]. All payments are rendered at the time of service.
Are services covered by insurance?
Naturopathic and Acupuncture Services are often covered by extended health care insurances but we do not offer direct billing through third party insurance companies. We will provide official receipts for insurance claim submissions to all patients. Our fee schedules can be found on our online scheduler
Cancellation Policy:
We ask all patients to kindly provide at least 48-72 hours advance notice for appointment changes and cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48-72 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
